Payment All payments for courses are due at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, but the price you pay at the time of purchase is locked in.

Intellectual Property All course materials, including videos, PDFs, and other content, are the intellectual property of Evolution Equine Academy International. You may not reproduce, share, or sell these materials without express written consent.

Liability We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of the courses, website, or materials. We are not responsible for any technical issues or problems related to accessing course content.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the courses if you violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

RETURNS POLICY

COURSES/DIGITAL PRODUCTS


Written notification of withdrawal from a training program must be provided by a student to apply for a refund for a course. This may be via letter, email, or the completion of the refund form.
There is no refund applicable where a student has commenced their course/unit.
Evolution Equine Academy International does not accept liability for loss or damage suffered in the event of a student withdrawing from a course.
All refunds are paid within one week (seven days) of application approval for refund.

Fees are refunded in full when the student notifies Evolution Equine Academy (8) days or more prior to the commencement of an enrolled course or assessment.

Nil refund is available where cancellation occurs within 24 hours of course commencement.

Complaints Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the services rendered by Evolution Equine Academy—whether concerning the educational experience or any issues pertaining to staff or the organisation itself—we assure you that your complaint will be taken seriously and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Our objective is to resolve your complaint as expeditiously as possible.

We welcome both commendations and grievances as they provide valuable insights that enable us to enhance our services for you and other learners.

We are also keen to receive your suggestions for improving our services. Please be assured that the information you provide will only be utilised to facilitate improvements.

Should you wish to lodge a complaint, please follow these guidelines:

  • It is advisable to address your complaint directly to the parties involved at the earliest opportunity, as they may be able to rectify the matter promptly. Complaints should be submitted within three months of the occurrence or issue.

  • At any stage, you may register a formal complaint via email, our website, or through written correspondence.

  • Please include as much pertinent information as possible, including dates, times, locations, and names.
